Definitions:
The "Site": the website www.valeriesabbah.com managed and run by Valérie Sabbah. The "customer": this refers to any professional, natural or legal person, or consumer ordering a product. The "Order": the act of purchase of a product by the customer. The "legal notices" inform all Internet users, whether or not they are Customers, about the identity of the operator and host of the site as well as the conditions of access to the site. Registration": action allowing an Internet user to become a customer and place an order. The "Product": item ordered by the Customer. The "Basket": all the products selected to place an order.
Contractual hierarchy:
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the conditions") define the terms and conditions for selling products to customers by internet or any other means. For sales from the site, these conditions are supplemented by legal notices. The general conditions and the accepted order form form the entire contract between the parties.
Scope of application:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all products offered for sale by Valérie Sabbah via its website. The list of products and their characteristics are detailed on the different pages of the site. The fact that a customer orders implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale and waiver of the right to rely on any contradictory document and in particular on his own general conditions of purchase or exchanges by email, letter. The general conditions will remain in force until they are amended by Valérie Sabbah. However, Valérie Sabbah undertakes not to unilaterally modify them for any order in progress and not executed.
Customer account :
At the time of registration on the Site or at the first Order, the Customer declares his professional status, if he orders within the framework of his professional activity. The Client provides a valid postal and e-mail address; the Client ensures that they are valid over time. Upon registration on the Site, VALERIE SABBAH assigns a personal identifier and password to the Client. The Customer may then modify this identifier and password. After each use, the Client must ensure that he/she leaves his/her account at the end of each session. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and account, and is fully responsible for any action involving the use of his login and password. In the event of loss or theft of the username and/or password, or in the event of use by an unauthorized third party, the Customer must immediately contact the Site.
Order:
Orders must be confirmed in writing, by means of an Order Form duly validated by the Customer. Sales are only perfect after express and written acceptance of the customer's order by Valérie Sabbah, who will ensure in particular the availability of the requested Products. For Online Orders, at any time, the customer can check the products in the shopping cart, add or remove them. To validate the order of the products in the basket, the customer must click on "validate". The Customer is then invited to pay on the dedicated payment platform. A confirmation email is sent to the Client. For professionals, payment for the first order is made at the time of the first Order.
Product availability:
Valérie Sabbah will honour orders within the limits of the stocks available from its suppliers. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, or in the event of non-acceptance by the customer of the delivery time imposed by this unavailability, Valérie Sabbah will inform the customer in writing. The customer may then, at his choice, either wait for the time necessary for the supply or cancel or modify his order. If the products prove to be definitively unavailable (exhaustion of stock,...) after the order, the order will be automatically cancelled. Valérie Sabbah will offer a credit note or a refund, at the customer's discretion. The refund to the customer will be made within thirty (30) calendar days.
Rates:
The Products will be sold at the rate in effect on the day the order is placed as posted on the site. The prices indicated are in euros all taxes included. The VAT included is the French VAT at the rate in force for the products concerned. If the VAT rate is changed, these changes may be reflected in the prices of the products, without the customer being informed in advance.
